Refund policy

1. General Information
At BARS OF ___, most products are individually produced only after an order is placed (e.g. size, color, design, or bar reference).
For this reason, returns are only possible to a limited extent.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.


2. No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for goods:

  • that are made to customer specifications, or

  • that are clearly tailored to personal needs

This applies in particular to:

  • personalized designs

  • print-on-demand products

  • limited bar editions produced only after an order is placed

👉 These products are excluded from exchange and return unless they are defective.


3. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
Of course, we won’t leave you hanging 💔
A return or refund is possible if:

  • the product was delivered damaged

  • there is a production defect (e.g. incorrect print, wrong size according to the order)

  • you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods:

Ideally including:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem


4. Return Process
After reviewing your request, we will decide together on:

  • a replacement delivery, or

  • a refund of the purchase price

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent without prior contact.


5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued:

  • exclusively via the original payment method used

  • within 14 days after confirmation of the defect

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the error is on our side.


6. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of justified complaints, we will of course cover the return shipping costs or waive the return if this is more practical.


7. Non-Refundable Cases
No return or refund is possible in the following cases:

  • incorrect size selection by the customer

  • change of mind

  • minor deviations in color or print due to production processes

  • damage caused by improper use or care


8. Digital Products
Digital products (if offered) are excluded from exchange and refunds once the download or access has been completed.
