Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to Germany as well as selected EU member states.
If shipping to your country is not available, you will be informed accordingly during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Costs
All applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout before you complete your order.

  • Germany: flat shipping rate or free shipping (if applicable)

  • EU countries: shipping costs vary depending on the destination country

There are no hidden fees.

3. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the following delivery times apply:

  • Germany: approx. 3–7 business days

  • EU countries: approx. 5–14 business days

Please note:
For products that are only produced after an order is placed (print-on-demand / made-to-order), delivery times will be extended accordingly. In such cases, the delivery period begins only after production has been completed.

Any deviations will be indicated on the respective product page.

4. Production-Specific Notes
BARS OF ___ produces a large portion of its products only after an order is placed in order to avoid overproduction and conserve resources.

This means:

  • no traditional inventory

  • limited quantities

  • shipping takes place directly after production

This does not affect your statutory rights but may impact delivery times.

5. Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out via selected carriers depending on the destination region and product (e.g. DHL, DPD, or comparable providers).
Customers are currently unable to choose the shipping provider.

6. Customs, Taxes & Duties
No additional customs duties or import charges apply for deliveries within the EU.

For deliveries to special EU territories (e.g. islands with special status), different regulations may apply.

7. Partial Deliveries
If your order consists of multiple products with different delivery times, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
No additional shipping costs will be incurred.

9. Digital Products
Digital products (if offered) are not shipped physically and will be made available to you digitally after payment has been received.
